Refund policy

Returning

• The customer has a right to return or replace the ordered goods during 14 days.
• The product to return has to be unused and the package has to be saleable, otherwise the return can not be accepted. We encourage towards more ecological lifestyle and try to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth shipping. Therefore, the customer is responsible for the costs of the return or exchange. If the product is damaged or faulty, Everyday Design is responsible for the return costs.

• The return address is Everyday Design, Kulosaarentie 8 (LT), 00570 Helsinki, Finland. Please include your name and order number to the package. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
